Reaserch and experience in the field of language teaching point to the importance of using living texts of a language to teach its grammar. In his Nusus mina 'l-hadith the author made use of the hadith for this purpose. In his present work, al-Mus'if, he has attempted to do this through the Glorious Quran. He has chosen Surat Yusuf for this purpose. Six groups of copious grammatical exercises help the student grasp the rules.
